Any site conditions, which require special attention, will be the sole responsibility of the owner of that site. The design is a concept only and if council or government regulations differ from what is drawn, the owner must take full responsibility for complying to those regulations and in no way hold Pool Graphix Pty Ltd or its directors or any business owned by Pool Graphix Pty Ltd responsible for any charges or costs relating to the changes. All sizes should be confirmed with your nominated builder before construction begins. Some items included in the design could need specific engineer designs, which you may need to organize with an engineer of your choice in your local area, at your cost. Any contractors/suppliers chosen because of Pool Graphix Pty Ltd or its directors or any business owned by Pool Graphix Pty Ltd suggestions either personally or from our advertising or promotional material will be the owner's responsibility, and Pool Graphix Pty Ltd or its directors or any business owned by Pool Graphix Pty Ltd cannot be held liable in any way for you choosing of a certain contractor/supplier or for the supervision of any such contractor/supplier. We reserve the right to change and update the designs at our discretion without notice to users. All images and information shown on the website remain the full property of Pool Graphix Pty Ltd. It is a condition of access to this site that users must not at any time use or reproduce any of the trade marks that appear, use the material or distribute or reproduce the material without written permission from Pool Graphix Pty Ltd or poolgraphix.com.

You can change the plan to suit your site as long as you have an original purchased plan in your possession with poolgraphix.com logo and your name and site address embossed on the plan.  Any new plans will need to have the words "Adjusted plans from poolgraphix.com original Copyright 2007" written on the revised plan, and can be used for your personal use only. Plans cannot be used for multiple sites and a new plan must be purchased for each site address.

Refunds & Returns Policy
Once the image is purchased, it is not possible to ask for a refund or return the image due to the reproducible nature of the downloaded image. We have made every effort to present the image on the web site in a way that you know beforehand what you will be receiving on letterhead or A4 size.

Delivery instructions & Time Frames
When you purchase a poolgraphix.com concept pool plan it will be delivered to an email address nominated by you as soon as, or soon after, your payment is approved. Unless your or our Internet provider is having problems for some reason, in which case as soon as we have Internet access again it will be delivered to your email address. In extreme cases, if the Internet is not working, it will be posted to you after at least 7 days of trying via the Internet.
